Sorry if I seemed to imply that you lacked educational credentials when I referred to you on my blog. It’s obvious from your writing that you are well educated.

It’s just that you sometimes comment on your blog about your lack of specific scholarship on matters artistic.

I see myself similarly in regards to academia, not so much a fraud as one who does not follow the ritual of the institution in which I find myself immersed .

It’s a good place to be. Because you are not indoctrinated in the dominant theoretical language you can sometimes see things at a refreshing tangent.

This is what I find in your blog all the time, the refreshment of a new perspective, like this image here, the ordinary domestic combined with a powerful aesthetic.
